The American
playbook.
Built for the
German market.

Five-plus years importing the US standard of B2B growth — Google Ads, SEO, email — into companies that refuse to sound like everyone else. We don't sell packages. We specialise. We pick the one or two channels that move your number, and we obsess over them.

§ 01 — Manifesto

We don't
do
packages.

Every other agency in Germany will sell you a bundle. "Six channels, one price, all included." It sounds efficient. It isn't.

What it actually buys you is a thin layer of mediocrity painted across every channel — a junior running your Google Ads, a copywriter who's never read a B2B sales call, a marketing dashboard nobody opens.

We do the opposite. We pick the one or two channels that will actually compound revenue for your business, and we send our senior operators in deep. Nothing else.

That's the American standard. It's how the best agencies in New York and Austin operate, and it's the only way we know how to win for our clients. Now we're bringing it to Germany — to the five companies who understand the difference.

§ 02 — The Three Disciplines

Three channels.
Mastered, not sampled.

We engage on one or two of these per client. Never all three at once. Focus is the moat.

01 / 03 Acquisition

Google Ads
at decision intent.

Most agencies bid on broad keywords because they're cheap to set up and easy to report. We bid where buyers reveal they're three weeks from signing — competitor names, RFP phrases, late-funnel comparison searches. The clicks cost more. The pipeline costs less.

ReportingPipeline, not clicks
02 / 03 Compounding

SEO
that ranks for revenue.

Ranking is the easy part — anyone with a backlink budget can do it. Ranking for the twelve queries your CFO would actually celebrate? That's a different skill. We map your buyer's research path, find the gaps your competitors are ignoring, and build content that outlasts every algorithm shift.

Email
that closes.

German B2B email is, frankly, a wasteland of "Dear Sir or Madam" templates. We write like a peer, not a vendor. Sequences engineered around your actual sales cycle — first-touch through follow-up nine — that warm cold leads into booked meetings while your team sleeps.

§ 03 — The Notebook

Every campaign begins
in a notebook.

Before a single Euro of ad spend is committed, before a line of copy is written, we sit with a notebook and a question: what would actually change the trajectory of this business?

Headlines, audience, placements, the precise verbs that make a decision-maker click — pen on paper, in our own hand, until the strategy is so clear it could be taught to an intern in eight minutes. Then, and only then, do we open the dashboards.

  • ·01

    Strategy first, software second.

No campaign launches without a hand-drawn map of the buyer's path.

  • ·02

    Senior operators only.

Whoever pitches you is whoever runs your account. There is no second tier.

  • ·03

    Weekly handwritten review.

Numbers, hypotheses, next moves. Sent to you every Friday — by a human.

§ 04 — Case File 001

A $4M B2B company.
A continent to cross.

When a $4M-revenue B2B client decided to expand into the United States, the calculus was simple but brutal: no brand, no local network, no margin to spend like the incumbents. The agencies they'd tried offered the usual "full-funnel package." It didn't work. So they called us.

PHASE 01

SEO — built the bottom of the funnel first.

Identified 27 comparison and bottom-funnel queries the incumbents had ignored. Owned them inside ten months. Inbound leads stopped costing anything.

PHASE 02

Google Ads — bought intent, not impressions.

Ran a tight basket of competitor and late-funnel terms. CPC went up. Cost per booked demo went down — by nearly half within the second quarter.

PHASE 03

Email — turned every lead into nine touches.

Wrote a nine-step nurture in the founder's actual voice. Cold prospects warmed to sales-ready in 11 days on average. Sales stopped chasing.

Three channels. One senior operator on each. Zero packages. $4M in scaled revenue.

§ 05 — The Founding Roster

Five seats.
Not a campaign — a covenant.

We're choosing our founding five clients in Germany. Not because it sounds good — because it's the only structural way to give every client the senior attention this work demands. After the fifth seat is filled, this page closes. We'll re-open it when one of them outgrows us.

What founding clients receive

  • ·01

    Founders-rate engagement

Locked retainer that will never apply to clients six through onward.

  • ·02

    Senior operator, never a junior

Whoever pitched you is the one running your account. Forever.

  • ·03

    Inner Circle access

Quarterly off-the-record dinners with the other four founders. Real intel, real introductions, in a room that doesn't exist on LinkedIn.

  • ·04

    The 90-day write-off

If you don't see measurable pipeline movement inside 90 days, you don't pay for them. We absorb the risk. You decide if it earned trust.

If you fit

You're a German B2B founder or operator running a company between €1M and €30M in revenue. You're allergic to fluff. You'd rather hire one specialist than five generalists. You're ready to import an American operating standard without losing what makes your business German.

We close this page after the fifth seat. Applying is short — eight questions, fifteen minutes. We reply within 48 hours either way.

§ 06 — Application

Apply for one

Fifteen minutes. Eight questions. We reply personally within 48 hours — even if it's a no.

By applying, you'll receive a single, personal email — never a sequence. We don't keep applications we say no to.
